• Incorporated in 1985 to capitalize on research conducted by John Scott
• Provided TAA consulting to mostly very large Institutions
• Strategic alliance with F. Martin Koening Advisors and MATRIX 1991 to 1996
• Commenced independent management of TAA and Long/Short, Market Neutral portfolios in 1997 with a few mid-sized Institutional, tax-exempt clients
• Assumed Fiduciary Responsibility, Fiduciary Liabilities and Plan Sponsor investment duties for all the SERP and regular Retirement Plan assets of a medium sized Insurance Company
• Due to client administrative decisions, unrelated to asset management or portfolio performance, two major accounts were reduced in 2004, but was able to continue live track record until 2011
• Productive through the transitional years of 2004 through 2010, consulting on Market Risk, Pairs-Trading, Portfolio Management and FOREX to smaller and mid-sized institutions as well as a few very high net worth individuals and family offices
• Continued refining and acquiring all rights to MX Intellectual property until investor provided enough financial resources in 2010, to capitalize on and utilize some of our latest research to reconstitute PENTEQ as an Investment Manager
• From 2011 to present produced statistically verifiable proof, from live in sample portfolios, that our MATRIX intellectual property is still valid and highly productive.
